1. Pricing and Quotes
All product listings on our site reflect current pricing. Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. If you request a quote by phone or email, we will honor the quoted price for three (15) calendar days from the time it is issued.
Volume discounts or promotional pricing may apply during special campaigns, and any such offers will have clearly stated terms and expiration dates.
2. Payment Terms

4. Return and Warranty Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
– Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
– To return an item, you must first request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by emailing sales@marineelec.com.
– Products must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
– Items that are opened, damaged, or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
– Non-returnable items include: custom orders, opened software, DVDs/CDs, cartography, and items marked as final sale.
– Returns must include the original invoice number and a reason for the return.
Warranty Claims:
If your item requires service or warranty support, we recommend contacting the product manufacturer directly. Many brands offer direct repair or replacement options that are faster and more efficient than returning to us.
5. Errors and Omissions
We strive to keep all product listings, descriptions, and prices accurate. However, we are not liable for typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or omissions. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders affected.
Shipping weights and dimensions shown are based on product specifications and may vary for express shipments due to carrier dimensional weight calculations.
